Every house is different, but we keep pricing straight. We quote by linear foot for holiday lights and flat fees for most gutter jobs, then adjust for roof height and complexity. Your estimate will clearly list what’s included before we schedule anything.
Holiday Lights – Base Pricing
We charge a Linear Footage price
Starting at $9.00 per linear foot
We supply the lights, cords, clips, and timers
All ladder and roof work handled by us
End-of-season takedown included; we coil and label your lights for next year
If anything we installed fails during the season, we come back and make it right
Most single and double story homes with our lights end up somewhere between the $800-1500+, depending on how much of the house you want lit and how complex the access is.
Gutters
We charge a flat fee for Single Story Gutters

Flat pricing for most single-story homes with standard access
Two-story or steep roofs are priced based on access and ladder setup
We remove debris and bag or green-bin it on site
Quick visual check for obvious gutter or downspout issues
Most straightforward single-story homes fall in the $150–$250 range. Larger or more complex roofs are quoted after we see photos or do a quick walkthrough.
